Prior to joining Prism Health North Texas, Ms Bryan served as Director of Care Coordination and Post-Acute Utilization Management for Southwestern Health Resources, one of the largest and most successful Medicare NextGen ACOs in the country.  During Ms Bryan’s tenure at SWHR, the ACO grew from a patient population of 19,000 Medicare Shared Savings lives to over 700,000 lives spanning all commercial insurers, Medicare NextGen ACO, and Medicaid Managed Care.

In addition to her previous experience at the ACO, and in in effort to satisfy her entrepreneurial spirit and internal data nerd, Ms. Bryan was privileged to serve as Co-Founder and Chief Clinical Officer of QED Clinical for 15 years.  A clinical software solution, QED Clinical became an industry leader in point of care clinical decision support for busy ambulatory providers by turning disparate EMR documentation into actionable and accessible information.  Other career highlights include neonatal nursing, home infusion therapy, consulting, metrics and quality management programs, data analytics, workflow process, and research.

Ms Bryan is an RN and holds a BSN from Baylor University School of Nursing and an MHA from University of Missouri-Columbia. She is published in peer reviewed journals, served as co-investigator on federally funded research projects, and is an active member of ACHE North Texas, serving currently on the Mentorship Committee.   In her personal life, Ms Bryan is an active volunteer, working with marginalized populations across our community, and, in the rest of her free time, spending time with family, especially her 3 adult children and 1 precious granddaughter.

In 2016, she joined Baylor Scott & White Health and Wellness Center at Juanita J.
