Early in her career, she held C-level roles in the nonprofit sector and will share her journey of leadership through various phases of her career. Chandini will recount what it was like to lead through times of public crisis as Chief Mission Officer at Susan G. Chandini has held numerous roles as a board member, advisor, or change agent throughout her career and was named in 2018 to The Dallas Business Journal list of 40 under 40 Honorees. Today she leads as Principal and CEO of her own consulting firm, working in both the nonprofit and for profit sectors, leading initiatives across start-ups, emerging tech, blockchain, biotech, and fintech, with specific focus on female entrepreneurship and diversity leadership.
