Celebrate Pride Month by joining the American College of Healthcare Executives of North Texas chapter’s PRIDE Community (PRIDE: Professionals for Representation, Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity) in partnership with the Resource Center, a longstanding leader in supporting the LGBTQIA+ and HIV/AIDS communities in Dallas-Fort Worth.

From frontline advocacy during the AIDS crisis to championing marriage equality and launching the city’s first LGBTQIA+ affirming senior housing, Resource Center has been at the heart of progress for over four decades. Come be a part of that legacy and show your support during this year’s Pride Parade!

💖 What You’ll Do:
Volunteers will walk alongside the Resource Center’s parade group, helping to pass out fun, health-promoting swag and show visible support for LGBTQIA+ health, equity, and inclusion. It’s a high-energy, meaningful way to celebrate and serve the community.

Exact meeting location and parking details will be provided prior to the event. Parking costs will be reimbursed.

🕐 Schedule Info:
We are being asked to arrive by 12 PM. Last year’s call time for the parade was 1 PM, with it wrapping at around 4 PM. Volunteers are only expected to stay until our group completes the parade route—if we finish early, you’re welcome to leave at that time.
