Eulanie Lashley is the newly appointed president and chief executive officer of Texas Health Hospital Mansfield. She is dedicated to fostering growth in the facility while enhancing community connections. With a wealth of experience in healthcare, Eulanie has a proven track record of developing impactful programs and overseeing significant expansions.
Before her role in Mansfield, Eulanie was the vice president and chief operating officer at AdventHealth Apopka in Florida. She helped develop new heart attack treatment and cancer programs during her tenure and led a major $26 million expansion project. Her leadership also extended to AdventHealth Winter Garden, where she oversaw the construction of a $219 million inpatient tower, showcasing her commitment to advancing healthcare infrastructure.
Born on the Caribbean Island of St. Vincent and later moving to Antigua, Eulanie’s journey in education began with a scholarship that allowed her to attend Atlantic Union College in Massachusetts. She furthered her studies at Andrews University in Michigan, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting, followed by a Master of Business Administration from Southern Illinois University. Eulanie’s career in healthcare began in 2007 as a finance intern with AdventHealth, where she steadily progressed through various finance and leadership roles.
Outside of her professional life, Eulanie enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Rossyl, and their two children, Nathan and Natalie. They are eager to explore their new surroundings in Mansfield.
