Speakers Bios:

 

Vidya Ayyr leads high-impact interventions to address the social determinants of health, with a commitment to health equity and improving the lives and livelihoods of disadvantaged, marginalized, and vulnerable populations. As the Director of Social Impact, she provides strategic oversight to Parkland’s community outreach investments, promotes innovation in data analytics, and mobilizes a team of Community Health Workers to drive an integrated approach to population health management. Prior to this role, Vidya was a part of External Affairs at Parkland where she developed public-private sector partnerships to support diverse, multi-stakeholder initiatives. Ms. Ayyr holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from University of Texas at Dallas and earned her Master of Public Health degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center, School of Public Health, in 2011. Vidya serves on the national EPIC (EMR) Brain Trust, the Community Leadership Forum with the Federal Reserve Board in Washington, DC and is a Presidential Scholar with the George W. Bush, William J. Clinton, George H.W. Bush, and Lyndon B. Johnson Foundations. Her work on social impact collaboration has been recognized by the National Root Cause Coalition, by the Institute for Patient and Family Centered Care (IPFCC), and by American Essential Hospitals (AEH) for its merit as an innovative design framework.

 

 

Vanessa Lee joined CHRISTUS Health in December 2019 as a Program Manager in Corporate Strategy. She is a collaborative, proactive leader with experience in Strategy and Business Development in large and small health systems.

Before joining CHRISTUS, Vanessa served Genesis Health System in Business Development where she began her journey to process improvement and systems thinking with experience as a Baldrige Examiner in Iowa and Illinois. In addition to bringing emerging technologies and new business to the health system, Vanessa served as a representative of the health system on multiple community initiatives including affordable housing, child community resources, behavioral health resources, and lead-based paint remediation, where she worked with community leaders, local agencies, nonprofits, and competing health systems to create working solutions for the Quad Cities’ most vulnerable populations. Locally, she serves as the Chair for the ACHE North Texas Communications Committee and in the 2022 Keller ISD strategic planning cycle. Vanessa’s business expertise is complemented by her commitment to the “guest” experience as instilled in her from her time as a Disney Cast Member. She is a decorated graduate of Texas A&M University for both her Masters of Health Administration and BS in Biomedical Sciences and is a former member of the Corps of Cadets, Squadron 20.

 

 

Viswanathan (Vishy) Sahadevan is a seasoned healthcare executive with diverse experience in corporate finance and information technology. Vishy has led several organization and fortune 500 companies improving their service levels, operating costs and delivery times. Vishy is currently the Chief Administrative Officer at the largest neurology private practice in Dallas Metroplex at Texas Institute for Neurological Disorders.

Vishy is extremely motivated and dynamic executive with a comprehensive experience of over 25+ years and is recognized as an innovative and strategic thinker and a problem-solver. Vishy is a very devoted to social work in Dallas Community and involved with several volunteering organization. Vishy is also the recipient of US President Award thrice for volunteering 500 hours or more during his tenure with Bank of America as their senior vice president.
