Special guest speaker this year is Rulon F. Stacey, Ph.D, FACHE.

Dr. Rulon Stacey is a Managing Director in the Healthcare practice at Navigant. Stacey is a recognized healthcare leader, who brings a future-focused, leadership-driven approach to clients. Stacey is a former Chair of the Board of Directors of the American College of Healthcare Executives and twice named by Modern Healthcare as one of the top 100 most influential people in American Healthcare. Stacey brings with him a unique understanding of provider issues, leadership and governance challenges and strategy alternatives.

Dr. Stacey provides expertise is the design and development of initiatives that support cultural and organizational changes needed for ongoing success as health systems evolve from fee-for-service to value-based environment.
