Ebony Alexander is a dynamic Human Resources leader with over 25 years of experience driving talent strategies and optimizing the entire employee lifecycle across diverse industries. She holds a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by HRCI.
Ebony’s expertise spans talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and professional development and training.
Currently, Ebony is a Talent Acquisition Manager at UT Southwestern in Dallas, Texas, where she uses her expertise in developing effective talent pipelines, leading recruitment initiatives, and fostering strong professional relationships.
Ebony is also actively involved in her community through her church, her sorority, and other local organizations, reflecting her strong commitment to leadership and service both professionally and personally.
Dr. Jennifer J. Alexander (“Dr. J.”) has served the healthcare community for more than 30 years. With roots in medical imaging, she bridges the clinical and operational aspects of care, translating frontline insights into practical improvements. A long-time community volunteer and a previous member of the Board of Directors for ACHENTX, Dr. J champions relationship-centered leadership: purposeful networking, consistent follow-up, and building community across disciplines. She is passionate about helping the next generation grow by “learning through doing,” pairing education with hands-on experiences that develop durable skills and confidence. Dr. J’s focus is simple and enduring. Equip emerging leaders to advance patient care, strengthen teams, and expand opportunity through authentic connections.
Angela Vincent Michael is a visionary healthcare executive with over 15 years of progressive leadership experience spanning enterprise strategy, quality and operations, and transformation. She has proven success advising C-suite leaders, steering multi-stakeholder initiatives, and aligning clinical, operational, and commercial priorities.
Angela is recognized for driving system-wide impact through data-informed decisions, cultural inclusivity, and human-centered leadership. She is adept at enabling execution across complex organizations—delivering measurable results while fostering trust and high performance.
Angela holds a Master’s in Health Finance and Management from Johns Hopkins University’s Bloomberg School of Public Health. She is a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) certified and Change Acceleration Process (CAP)/Work-Out certified. An influential leader within the healthcare community, she actively engages with peers through her involvement with the Asian Healthcare Leaders Community, the ACHENTX Board, and the DFWHC Performance Improvement Committee. Angela’s leadership has earned her multiple accolades, including the 2022 ACHE of NTX Emerging Leader Award, the 2023 DFW Hospital Council’s System Employee of the Year Award, and the 2024 ACHE Service Award.
