Committee Responsibilities
Foundation purpose from incorporation documents:
The Corporation will offer, provide, and sponsor various health-care related instructional and informational training programs, conferences, forums, panel discussion groups, activities, and other events at locations within the north Texas region. The purpose of these events will be to educate, enhance the knowledge of, and further develop the skills and capabilities of attendees on matters of current interest affecting the healthcare industry. The Corporation will also provide educational and professional development opportunities for current and future healthcare leaders, including scholarships and other resources for future healthcare administrators.
