ACHENTX's PRIDE Community

I became involved with the PRIDE: Professionals for Representation, Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Community to create space for connection, visibility, and advocacy for LGBTQ+ leaders and allies in healthcare. As Chair, I look forward to learning from the experiences and insights of our members while fostering a supportive network that champions authentic leadership. I’m passionate about advancing equity and representation in our field and about helping build a future where LGBTQ+ professionals feel seen, heard, and empowered to lead.

My journey as Vice-Chair of the PRIDE Community began with a clear goal: to unite LGBTQ+ healthcare leaders and allies in building a stronger, more connected presence within ACHENTX. In this pivotal time, amplifying our voices in the pursuit of healthcare equity is more important than ever. Whether serving in formal leadership roles or leading by example, we each have a responsibility to lead our organizations in fostering inclusive, affirming environments for both patients and team members. I’m excited to leverage old connections and forge new ones as we elevate the visibility and impact of our PRIDE Community!
