Mission & Purpose

The American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) Community, Culture & Inclusion (CCI) Committee strives to embed inclusivity in healthcare excellence and professional growth. Creating and sustaining an organization-wide culture that understands equity and inclusion are essential to ACHE’s mission and continued excellence. The CCI Committee promotes diversity because, as noted in the ACHE Statement of Diversity, “diversity in its leaders, members and staff serves as a catalyst for a stronger workforce, improved decision-making and outcomes, and a competitive advantage.” ACHENTX CCI Committee is focused on propelling innovation by bringing together different perspectives, experiences, and ideas to the organization. Through strategic partnerships and stewardship, the CCI Committee is designed to promote intercultural dialogue in ACHE where all members, at all levels, can fully realize their potential.
