He’s held leadership roles with major executive search firms and in 2017 helped co-found and is currently a partner in HealthSearch Partners the fifth largest healthcare executive search entity in the U.S. \nHealthSearch Partners is the combination of CES Partners\, FaithSearch Partners and Southerland Partners\, creating a unique platform to provide a better executive search product. \nIn 2014 Marshall co-founded\, Southerland Partners\, an executive search firm specializing in recruiting leaders for hospitals and other healthcare organizations. Southerland Partners conducted 80 projects\, 12 Chief Executive Officer\, including the Chief Executive Officer searches for both Intermountain Health Care and Baptist Health in Louisville\, 7 Chief Operating Officer\, 9 Chief Financial Officer and numerous other executive level projects. \nIn 2005\, Marshall founded Marshall Koll & Associates\, an executive search firm specializing in recruiting leaders for healthcare organizations. In 12 years\, they conducted 150 projects for their hospital clients. \nPrior to Marshall Koll\, Neill was a senior consultant with Witt/Kieffer in Dallas. Witt/Kieffer is the largest executive search firm in the U.S. specializing in healthcare and higher education. At the firm\, he was responsible for executive search assignments for client organizations and received the firms Quality Award in 2004. While there he was involved in over 350 senior level assignments\, including 50 for CEO. \n  \nAs a Director of Executive Search at B.E. Smith\, Stephanie Parten brings more than eight years of healthcare recruiting experience. Ms. Parten excels at client management\, sourcing\, interviewing and recruiting passive candidates. Her extensive network of healthcare professionals enables her to efficiently and effectively connect healthcare providers with high-performing candidates who match the organization’s unique needs and culture. \nMs. Parten brings a keen understanding of the healthcare workforce market and the many incentives driving healthcare professionals to change or advance their careers. She enjoys partnering with healthcare providers to manage turnover and leadership vacancies\, as well as assisting these organizations in identifying and recruiting the ideal candidates. These HR reps will help the participants refine their resumes and interview skills by going through multiple mock interviews (5-10 minutes each\, with multiple HR representatives). Prior to joining JTaylor\, she spent three years in the Health Sciences Advisory Services group at Ernst & Young. She is now partner in the consulting division of JTaylor where she uses her strong analytical and financial analysis skills to assist her clients in the areas of physician compensation\, transaction support\, valuations\, due diligence\, joint venture development and strategic business plans. She is also serving as Director of Professional Development where she focuses on recruiting and training. She is also contributing author in the field of healthcare for Fort Worth Business Press. \n  \nPrior to PwC\, Patrick Crocker spent over a decade in the U.S. Army as a Judge Advocate\, where he rose to the rank of Major and served two combat tours in Afghanistan. While serving as an appellate defense council in the U.S. Army Reserve he pursued his MBA from the University of California\, Berkley where he graduated with honors with a concentration in Health Management. He is now a Senior Associate in the Health Industries Advisory practice group at PwC’s Strategy& where he focuses on marketing\, sales\, and strategy transformation within the provider\, payer\, biotechnology\, and pharmaceutical verticals. He is also Founder and Principal Crocker Solutions where he provides pro bono management and strategy consulting services to entrepreneurs and early stage companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and throughout the United States. \n  \nAfter completing his degree in accounting at TCU\, Mike Daniel served as Director and Senior Vice President of Business Development at NorthStar Anesthesia where he helped it become the fastest growing anesthesia company in the US\, growing from 22 sites to 182 sites in 20 states over 9 years. After his success in helping hospitals and surgery centers improve anesthesia services and lower their costs\, Mike went on to start his own anesthesia management company\, Mainstreet Anesthesia\, where he currently serves as CEO. \n  \n  \nRyan Frank started his marketing career at Kimberly Clark where he spent 12 years helping expand the business in focused on products that helped improve infection control in the hospital\, office\, and extended care environments. After his success at Kimberly Clark\, he moved to Abbott Nutrition where he spent the next 11 years of his career leading both US and Global teams that were tasked with advancing how nutrition supports health outcomes\, spanning early life\, childhood development and acute recovery\, and specific disease management. He currently serves as the VP of Marketing at Smith and Nephew where he leads the marketing and product strategy for Smith & Nephew’s Advanced Wound Management portfolio in the US. \n  \n\n\n\n\n\nRegister Here
