DESCRIPTION:🎉 Event Description: \n\n\nCelebrate Pride Month by joining the American College of Healthcare Executives of North Texas chapter’s PRIDE Community (PRIDE: Professionals for Representation\, Inclusion\, Diversity\, and Equity) in partnership with the Resource Center\, a longstanding leader in supporting the LGBTQIA+ and HIV/AIDS communities in Dallas-Fort Worth. \nFrom frontline advocacy during the AIDS crisis to championing marriage equality and launching the city’s first LGBTQIA+ affirming senior housing\, Resource Center has been at the heart of progress for over four decades. Come be a part of that legacy and show your support during this year’s Pride Parade! \n💖 What You’ll Do:\nVolunteers will walk alongside the Resource Center’s parade group\, helping to pass out fun\, health-promoting swag and show visible support for LGBTQIA+ health\, equity\, and inclusion. It’s a high-energy\, meaningful way to celebrate and serve the community. \n🧃 Perks Include: \n\nDrinks and snacks provided\nParking reimbursement available\nA vibrant experience with fellow healthcare professionals and community leaders\n\n📍 Meeting & Parking Info:\nExact meeting location and parking details will be provided prior to the event. Parking costs will be reimbursed. \n🕐 Schedule Info:\nWe are being asked to arrive by 12 PM. Last year’s call time for the parade was 1 PM\, with it wrapping at around 4 PM. Volunteers are only expected to stay until our group completes the parade route—if we finish early\, you’re welcome to leave at that time. \n💵 Cost to Participate:\nFree! \nLet’s walk with pride\, purpose\, and unity.
