SUMMARY:ACHENTX Networking Blitz
DESCRIPTION:  \nA tremendous networking opportunity for new and more seasoned members alike! \n  \nThis event is for all ACHE of North Texas members who want to become more involved and/or become more connected/networked with their fellow ACHENTX members. \nThe ACHE North Texas Networking & Membership Committees cordially invites you to the ACHE of North Texas chapter’s next Networking Blitz. This fun event will allow members to get to know one another in meaningful ways. There will be special fun activities\, where personal connections will be made. The intent of this program is to bring members together to get a real in depth view of ACHENTX\, to enable you to meet some of the chapter’s leadership and other fellow ACHE members\, and to help you map out how to best take advantage of the plethora of local and national benefits and opportunities available to you through ACHE. It’s a way to “let us get to know you” as well and become a part of your professional network. \nWe will start with informal networking between 5:30-6pm\, and at 6pm\, we will dive into the more structured portion of the evening. \nOur guest speaker for the evening will be Kris Sanders\, MBA\, FACHE – Senior Vice President\, Northern Market Growth & Development\, Children’s Health. \nWe are looking forward to meeting each of you and/or getting to know you better. \nA light dinner will be offered. \nKris Sanders\, MBA\, FACHE\, currently serves as Senior Vice President\, Northern Market Growth and Development.  Kris oversees the leadership and implementation of all Northern Market activity. She is responsible for helping to advance the clinical programs and partnerships\, as well as helping cultivate relationships in the community – poising and preparing the Plano campus and Northern Market operations to care for many future generations. \nKris is a Children’s Health alum\, having worked in Ambulatory Services with responsibilities in both Plano and Dallas. Kris has extensive experience in operations\, process and performance improvement\, business development\, and people leadership\, all within the health care industry. She previously worked at Envision Physician Services\, which she joined as Vice President of Operations in March 2016. Other previous non-Children’s Health roles include opportunities at Methodist Health System and The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. \nKris is a board-certified Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE)\, holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix and received a bachelor’s in health care administration from Texas State University.  She also serves as a board member for ACHE North Texas\, Live Oak Surgery Center\, and Colin County Child Advocacy Center.  Currently she is enrolled in Leadership Plano\, Class 39.  Kris is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority\, Incorporated as well where she serves the community of Colin County. \nRegister Here
