She has held hospital CEO\, COO and Associate Administrator leadership roles\, and currently is serving as HCA’s Vice President of Urgent Care Services responsible for clinic operations\, staff training and development as well as regulatory compliance & accreditation. Currently\, HCA urgent care operates over 160 clinics across 19 markets and has plans to continue its growth.  \nA native of Skokie\, Illinois\, Suzanne started her career as a healthcare consultant in the Chicago office of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young after receiving a master’s degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan and bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois – Champaign.  \nA Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives\, she has continued to promote excellence in healthcare management through involvement with local service organizations\, such as Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.\, Crisis Link\, Virginia State University’s Business Council and the North Texas Chapter of Jack and Jill of America. Suzanne was appointed to the Commonwealth of Virginia Governor’s Council for Women\, served as ACHE District 2’s Regent At Large\, and served as a board member for the American Hospital Association’s Institute for Diversity & Health Equity. Currently\, Suzanne is a board member of the Urgent Care Association Foundation and is serving on the inaugural Urgent Care Association Commission on Diversity.  \nSuzanne\, her husband and two daughters\, Taylor and Zoe\, have resided in the Dallas area since August of 2017. \nAngela Vincent Michael is a healthcare leader\, coach and collaborator who is passionate about improving patient experience and key outcomes by engaging clinical and operational leaders on innovative process and technology changes. Her passion for healthcare improvement is cemented firmly in her experience as the advocate and care navigator for her mom (oncology) and daughter (prematurity). As a young millennial female healthcare leader\, whose ethnicity and origin have ties to India\, Nigeria\, Canada\, and America\, Angela also believes in quietly and peacefully influencing an inclusive and equitable culture for all.  \nFor over a decade\, Angela has engaged healthcare cross-functional teams with a strong focus on clinical quality improvement\, performance excellence\, project management and clinical analytics. In her current role at Methodist Health System\, she collaborates with leaders at all levels of the organization to advance patient care and employee engagement using the lens of improvement and analytics. Angela holds a Master’s degree in Health Finance and Management from Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health\, and is an active member with the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) North Texas chapter.  \nAngela’s world revolves around her family\, her husband\, their 9 year old daughter\, 6 year old son and two dogs\, Spot and Snow! Her all-time favorite quote is by Dr. Nelson Mandela\, “I never fail. I am either winning or learning”. \nTiffany Northern\, MHA\, FACHE\,  is the chief operating officer for Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas. In this role\, Tiffany will provide administrative direction for all ancillary and support areas of the hospital. She is accountable for achieving the financial\, operational and service delivery objectives of the hospital. Before joining Texas Health\, Tiffany served as the vice president of operations for MedStar Health\, based in Washington D.C.  Northern holds a Master’s degree in Health Administration from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University\, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Alabama State University. In 2011\, Northern earned and continues to hold the distinction as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). She was also named nationally as one of only six 2019 Executive Diversity Program Scholars with the American College for Healthcare Executives. \n  \nColea Owens is a MBA prepared Nurse Leader dedicated to providing solutions for nursing workforce development and equitable healthcare delivery. She has a background in process improvement and nursing professional development initiatives. She currently serves as the Associate Dean of Nursing Administration for West Coast University- Richardson.  \nSandra Sneed is an accomplished senior leader with a successful track record in hospital operations\, strategic business initiatives\, physician and employee engagement and service lines.  \nShe has extensive experience in operational leadership and financial management for: Facilities\, Environmental services\, Food and Nutrition Services\, Biomedical Engineering\, Emergency Management and Public Safety.  \nShe has led hospital service lines and clinical departments; Neurosciences\, Orthopedics\, Oncology\, Surgical Services\, Rehabilitation Services\, Emergency Services\, Pharmacy\, Radiology\, Pathology/Laboratory and Ambulatory services.  \nSandra develops high performing teams and drives execution via her collaborative\, engaging and people-centered leadership style. \n \n \n
