Dr. Kaissi is a certified professional executive and physician coach\, advising on business planning and marketing projects\, and is a national speaker with the Studer Group. He has published numerous journal articles on leadership\, strategic planning and other topics. His most recent publication\, Intangibles: The Unexpected Traits of High-Performing Healthcare Leaders won the 2019 James A.
